We are not cancelling existing orders and we are not disappearing. We have temporarily paused new orders so our team can focus fully on completing, checking, packing, and shipping the current order queue as carefully and quickly as possible.

Due to exceptionally high demand, our current order capacity has been reached for the moment.

Instead of accepting more new orders and creating longer waiting times, we decided to temporarily pause new purchases until all existing orders have been completed and shipped.

This allows us to give every existing customer the attention, updates, and service they deserve.

Every watch is assembled, tested, protected, carefully packed, and then handed over to logistics.

Tracking is provided as soon as the parcel has been processed by our shipping/logistics center. If your tracking has not been sent yet, it simply means your order is still being completed or is waiting to be processed by logistics.

You will receive an update as soon as your order moves to the next step.
