SHIPPING INFO

Each watch is hand-assembled within 5-7 days to ensure the highest quality and attention to detail.

Once completed, the shipping time is 7-12 days, depending on your location. While we aim for prompt delivery, some variations may occur based on the destination.

Please note: Due to the current global shipping conditions, especially related to parcel traffic in and out of the US,delivery times may occasionally be slightly extended. However, we do everything on our side to ensure the fastest possible handling and dispatch

WARRANTY

Every watch manufactured in our workshop comes with a free six month warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and operating problems under normal use, but we are not responsible for any damage to the watch.

Super-responsive, well-assembled pieces

I purchaased a Seiko mod and a custom mod watch from Sillvento and the experience and quality of the builds were amazing. But what was also important to me is that they answered all my questions, paid attention to detail and made sure I was satisfied. They also were extremely communicative, gifing me updates all along the way. They really go the extra mile and I am extremely happy with my watches and intend to purchase more in the future.

This is an excellent watch for such a great price. The braclet was very easy to size. Overall the watch is very impressive. The is the first GMT watch I have purchased. It will not be the last that's for sure.
